My name is Joy Yoffey. 

 

I am an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business. Having watched many businesses succeed and fail, sometimes my own, I have developed a system of how to address the present and plan for the future. I am able to see issues holistically and make informed decisions, and now I use that instinct to benefit both myself and my clients.

When I moved to North Carolina in May 2021, I wanted my next career to allow me to be a vehicle for positive change. While I was deciding what that next step would be, a close friend gave me the advice to "use the best of my talents to do the most good.”

 

The vehicle for this work became Joy Coaching and Consulting. I support small business owners and entrepreneurs to create space for them to flourish in their talents, using their passion as the main motivation. By setting goals for both their lifestyle and businesses, we design a life that lets them 'use the best of their talents to do the most good.'​

 

I am creating a community of small business owners and entrepreneurs that want to thrive while also curating a network of small businesses that can serve my clients. My goal is not only to improve my client's businesses, but also to expand their network so they are both supported by, and supporting, other passionate small business owners.
